We're looking for a technically strong Senior Maintenance Engineer to manage and optimize security systems (CCTV, access control, network security) across a multi-site portfolio.
What You'll Do- Diagnose faults, perform root cause & trend analysis, and drive corrective actions
- Maintain CCTV (Milestone, Genetec, Axis), ACS (LENEL, Kerisys, Paxton), biometrics, ANPR & video analytics
- Manage firmware updates, patches, and network security configurations
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, including emergency breakdowns
- Lead on-site implementation, coordinate with ME/technicians, and produce test/inspection reports
- Liaise with clients, IT, and FM teams; deliver technical training
- Compile monthly reports on faults, trends, PPMs, and system status
- Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics, Telecom, or IT (Physics background)
- Certifications:
Cisco CCNA/CCNP, BCNE - Platform certs: CCTV (Milestone/Genetec/Axis), ACS (LENEL/Kerisys/Paxton)
- Strong hands-on experience in security systems maintenance & network administration
