Logistics Coordinator (Part‑Time, with Accommodation)

We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE. This part‑time position offers accommodation and is urgently needed. The role involves coordinating the logistics and transportation of goods and materials for our company.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Plan and schedule shipments based on customer demand.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of goods to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and delivery receipts.
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth flow of materials.
• Resolve any issues or delays in delivery promptly.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Indian nationals preferred; ability to work immediately.
