To monitor the transportation network encompassing vehicle availability, manpower allocation and cold chain adherence ensuring quality customer service.

Responsibilities

Organize and execute all deliveries according to schedules

Track, trace, and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers

Act as a point of contact for drivers, sales teams, and customer service regarding delivery status.

Maintain accurate records of proof of delivery (POD)

Managing all the reverse logistics activities

Prepare all the relevant reports

Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety regulations, and vehicle maintenance

Utilize systems to optimize routes and reduce transport costs and fuel waste.

Schedule shifts, track attendance, and assign daily delivery routes to employees

Qualifications

Previous experience in logistics, transport, or fleet management, preferably within FMCG.
Knowledge of local/regional transport regulations and routes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving skills
Valid UAE driving license
