To strategically expand airport operations by securing new aeronautical revenue streams and expanding international connectivity. The successful candidate will spearhead business growth by identifying, negotiating, and establishing profitable new airline routes.

• Determine, negotiate, and secure new commercial flight route opportunities to enhance airport connectivity
• Nurture and scale existing airline accounts while proactively pursuing new international airline carriers
• Develop comprehensive airline incentive programs and commercial frameworks to attract foreign operators
• Partner closely with national tourism boards and international travel bodies to position Ras Al Khaimah as a prime destination
• Represent the airport at major international aviation forums, network planning exhibitions, and route conferences

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record in airport route development, airline network planning, or airport marketing
• Strong contract negotiation skills and deep understanding of bilateral air service agreements

Oversee real-time operations control and resource coordination for all ground handling and flight activities. This role guarantees exceptional service quality, procedural compliance, and tight operational safety across all simultaneous aircraft movements.

• Plan, monitor, control, and dynamically allocate aircraft stands, boarding gates, check-in counters, and arrival baggage belts
• Supervise and coordinate load controllers, ramp teams, cleaner crews, and equipment operators during active shifts
• Ensure precise flight movement logging and technical charge notes are maintained for airline financial reconciliation
• Utilize and update the Airport Management System (AMS) software to safeguard operational synchronization
• Direct immediate emergency activations and coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders during irregular operations or safety incidents

• High school diploma or relevant aviation degree with extensive background in ground handling workflows
• A minimum of 5 to 10+ years of active experience inside an Airport Operations or Command Center environment
• Proficiency in Airport Management Systems (AMS), weight/balance protocols, and emergency response activation

Act as the primary authority on shift to safeguard terminal safety, continuous asset utility, and fluid passenger processing. This position provides on-the-scene leadership during operational challenges, ensuring adherence to the Aerodrome Operations Manual.

• Monitor end-to-end terminal flow, identifying and resolving any service bottlenecks at security, customs, or immigration
• Conduct structural facility walkthroughs to ensure compliance with General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) regulations
• Serve as the immediate point of contact for airside, landside, and terminal stakeholders during active shifts
• Log precise shift-level accident, incident, or system failure records, facilitating corrective actions immediately
• Manage initial incident command responses during localized operational disruptions, building evacuations, or medical situations
