The Heavy Driver at Repairmate Smart Care is responsible for safely operating heavy trucks to transport devices, parts, and equipment between service locations, warehouses, and customer sites. Day-to-day tasks include planning routes, loading and unloading items, conducting basic vehicle inspections, and keeping accurate delivery and service logs. The driver communicates with the operations team to coordinate schedules and ensures that deliveries are made on time and in good condition.

Providing courteous, professional interactions with customers and colleagues is essential to support the company’s service standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ras Al Khaimah.

• Strong heavy vehicle operation skills, including Truck Driving and safe handling of heavy Truck equipment.
• Valid CDL Class A or equivalent heavy vehicle licensing appropriate for operations in Ras Al Khaimah.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with dispatch, technicians, and other team members.
• Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with clients during pickups and deliveries.
• Clean driving record and thorough understanding of relevant traffic and safety regulations.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections, identify maintenance needs, and report issues promptly.
• Physical ability to load and unload equipment and parts, following safe lifting practices.
• Reliability, punctuality, and strong time management skills to meet delivery and service schedules.
• Previous experience as a heavy truck driver in logistics, service, or related fields is preferred.
