Your ability to maintain accurate stock records, ensure timely material availability, and keep our warehouse organized will play a key role in project efficiency and client satisfaction.
Your RoleAs a Storekeeper, you will:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Issue materials, tools, and equipment to project sites as required.
- Monitor stock movements and prepare inventory reports.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams regarding material requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store/warehouse.
- Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies promptly.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in a fit‑out, construction, or interior contracting company.
- Knowledge in inventory management procedures and store‑keeping practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
- Good organizational and record‑keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience handling construction and fit‑out materials.
