As a Storekeeper at ALEC FITOUT, you will be responsible for managing materials, tools, and inventory that directly support the successful delivery of our interior fit‑out projects. Your ability to maintain accurate stock records, ensure timely material availability, and keep our warehouse organized will play a key role in project efficiency and client satisfaction.

Your Role

As a Storekeeper, you will:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
  • Issue materials, tools, and equipment to project sites as required.
  • Monitor stock movements and prepare inventory reports.
  • Coordinate with procurement and project teams regarding material requirements.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store/warehouse.
  • Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies promptly.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in a fit‑out, construction, or interior contracting company.
  • Knowledge in inventory management procedures and store‑keeping practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
  • Good organizational and record‑keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience handling construction and fit‑out materials.
