- Salary - upto +Food, Accommodation, Insurance
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across all warehouse locations.
- Ensure timely recording of all stock receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments in the ERP system.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and support periodic physical inventory audits.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Verify inventory transactions and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stock rotation practices (FIFO/FEFO where applicable).
- Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory and recommend appropriate actions.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Analyze inventory variances and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain inventory KPIs, including stock accuracy and inventory turnover.
- Support internal and external inventory audits.
- Update and maintain inventory data using SAP, Oracle, Odoo
, or similar ERP systems. - Ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
- Assist in improving inventory processes and system efficiencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in inventory management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Hands-on experience using SAP, Oracle, Odoo
, or other ERP systems. - Experience in inventory reconciliation, stock audits, and warehouse operations.
