- Continue learning and growing technical skills and opportunities
- Complete preventive maintenance work on vehicles, including oil changes, air conditioning service, filling fluids, and replacing brake pads, spark plugs, and batteries
- Identify and address mechanical problems and malfunction codes found in the vehicle's electrical system, mechanical systems, and electronic systems
- Conduct test drives, inspections, and diagnostic tests to determine automotive malfunctions
- Work with team members to determine vehicle problems and solutions
- Team up with managers and other mechanics to diagnose and service cars coming in for auto repairs
- Identify and address mechanical problems and malfunction codes found in the vehicle's electrical system, mechanical systems, and electronic systems
- Continue learning and growing technical skills and opportunities
- Conduct test drives, inspections, and diagnostic tests to determine automotive malfunctions
- Maintain accurate customer records for vehicles’ repairs, parts, maintenance histories, and more
- Experience and manual dexterity using hand tools and other equipment is needed
- High school diploma or GED equivalent necessary
- Required state-issued driver’s license
- Associate’s degree from a vocational program, technical school, or community college is preferred - ASE certification is a big bonus
- Must be an effective communicator who maintains a solid work ethic
Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000 yearly DOE
