Bi‑Mart is seeking a hardworking and energetic Sporting Goods & Automotive Department Manager. The role develops, promotes and delivers a high degree of customer service. Pay is $19.40 - $21.00 per hour.

• Provide prompt and friendly service to customers.
• Handle customer transactions accurately.
• Ensure sales clerks receive required breaks.
• Build teamwork and pride of ownership with store management.
• Assist with inventory replenishment and maintain department fixtures.
• Help train new employees on department responsibilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Reliable, punctual and positive attitude.
• Ability to set priorities and organize workload.
• Efficient problem solving and providing customer solutions.
• Engage with and assist a variety of individuals.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Strategic thinking and leadership skills.
• 1+ year experience in retail cashier, sales associate, bagger, courtesy clerk, or similar role.
• Prior experience at Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, Safeway, Albertsons is an asset.

Store hours: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Monday–Saturday; 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Sunday. Hours may vary based on workload and assignment.
