We are working in partnership with inclusive and nurturing primary schools in Windmill Lane, Raunds, who are currently seeking SEN Teaching Assistants. These schools genuinely value their support staff and the vital role they play in students’ development.

• Provide 1:1 and small group support
• Support pupils with additional needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
• Help create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment

• Has experience with SEND (personal or professional)
• Demonstrates patience, empathy, and consistency
• Builds strong relationships and trust quickly

• Ongoing training and professional development
• Support from a dedicated account manager

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
