Domestic Assistant

Pay: £12.60 per hour (based on skills and experience).
Working Hours: Part time – 30 hours a week.

We are looking for a Domestic Assistant to join the team at Ashfield House, Raunds
. You will work with a team dedicated to providing high‑quality care to our service users, using the latest care technology to spend more time with residents.

• Clean and sanitize rooms and furnishings within assigned areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the service and laundry with minimal disruption to care.
• Communicate and engage effectively with service users, their families and colleagues – strong interpersonal skills required.
• Work independently without direct supervision.
• Use a variety of cleaning products, paying particular attention to COSHH regulated products.
• Work on initiative and maintain a high level of hygiene within the home.
