Role OverviewStore Manager – Raunds
Salary: £31,000 plus bonus potential
Hours:
40 hours per week, various shifts including weekends
Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, the Store Manager will drive growth within the company‑owned store, foster a positive workplace and align operational strategies with company objectives.
Responsibilities- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train and develop a high‑performing team focused on customer service.
- Foster a positive, collaborative environment and celebrate colleague successes.
- Operational Excellence:
- Manage day‑to‑day operations – inventory, merchandising and stock control.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance shopping experience.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build strong customer relationships, understanding needs and preferences.
- Implement service strategies to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales & Performance:
- Set and achieve sales targets, drive initiatives to increase revenue and profitability.
- Analyse sales reports and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Community Involvement:
- Participate in local community events and initiatives to strengthen ties with Raunds.
- Seek partnerships and collaborations for community wellbeing.
- Financial Management:
- Manage budgets, expenses and financial reporting to keep the store within parameters.
- Proven retail management experience, successfully achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and ability to build positive relationships with customers and the local community.
- Knowledge of inventory and merchandising operations.
- Analytical ability to use data for decision‑making.
- Passion for community engagement and a commitment to making a positive impact in Raunds.
- Salary up to £31,000 plus bonus potential.
