Store Manager – Raunds

Salary: £31,000 plus bonus potential

Hours:

40 hours per week, various shifts including weekends

Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, the Store Manager will drive growth within the company‑owned store, foster a positive workplace and align operational strategies with company objectives.

• Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train and develop a high‑performing team focused on customer service.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative environment and celebrate colleague successes.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations – inventory, merchandising and stock control.
  • Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance shopping experience.
• Customer Engagement:
  • Build strong customer relationships, understanding needs and preferences.
  • Implement service strategies to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales & Performance:
  • Set and achieve sales targets, drive initiatives to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Analyse sales reports and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Community Involvement:
  • Participate in local community events and initiatives to strengthen ties with Raunds.
  • Seek partnerships and collaborations for community wellbeing.
• Financial Management:
  • Manage budgets, expenses and financial reporting to keep the store within parameters.

• Proven retail management experience, successfully achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and ability to build positive relationships with customers and the local community.
• Knowledge of inventory and merchandising operations.
• Analytical ability to use data for decision‑making.
• Passion for community engagement and a commitment to making a positive impact in Raunds.
