Van Driver (Cat
B)
Location: Raunds
Commutable from: Northampton, Kettering, Wellingborough
Shift Pattern & PayMon - Sat (5 shifts out of 6 days on rota basis)
05:45 am start. Minimum 8‑hour shift, some longer days if busy.
First 8 hours: £12.25 per hour (PAYE) / £13.73 per hour (PAYE Advanced)
OT after 8 hours: £13.50 per hour (PAYE) / £15.13 per hour (PAYE Advanced)
The role- Delivery and installation of home appliances to customers' homes in a 3.5T vehicle (training provided on installation and only if a permanent position is offered).
- Routes can be single or double‑manned. Equipment is provided to assist with lifting, but all candidates must be physically fit for this role.
- Personality and attention to customer‑service for this role is essential.
- 10-25 drops per day.
- Valid Cat B Licence.
- Previous van driving experience.
- No more than 6 points or major offences.
- Customer‑service oriented.
- Manual handling.
