Chief Financial Officer

About the Role

We’re seeking a CEO/CFO to oversee both the operational and financial direction of a well‑established non‑profit organization making a lasting impact in the community. This unique opportunity is ideal for a mission‑driven professional who thrives in a leadership role that combines 70% CFO responsibilities and 30% CEO oversight
.

• Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
• Oversee accounting functions in Quick Books to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Manage filing and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute financial strategies to support organizational growth and sustainability.
• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and objectives.
• Foster productive relationships with staff, vendors, and community partners.
• Utilize DME (Durable Medical Equipment) systems experience (preferred) to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (
  Master’s preferred
  ).
• Demonstrated experience in a senior financial or executive leadership role, preferably within a non‑profit environment.
• Proficiency in Quick Books; experience with DME systems a plus.
• CPA not required, but beneficial.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a full‑time, on‑site role (40 hours per week).
