Position Summary

This 3rd Shift role offers a starting base wage of $19.50 per hour. The position involves a variety of hand‑assembly and machine operations for manufacturing tubing bundles, including bending, cutting, marking, and inspecting hoses per diagrams and job‑order sheets. Responsibilities include operating cutting machines, setting up ovens and cooling chambers, and implementing Lean Manufacturing practices. Reading simple diagrams and following written instructions is required.

Responsibilities

• Secure proper types and quantities of tubing and fittings according to instructions on cut sheets and templates.
• Set up and operate the cutter/marker, depth‑marking, ovens, and cooling chamber to produce quality product.
• Set up assembly tables using Mylar, retrieve head fixture, and assemble harness according to Mylar template.
• Perform work of an equal or lower classification, as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Basic math skills.
• Follow simple diagrams and written instructions.
• Physical requirements:
  
  standing 8+ hours, ability to wear PPE, perform repetitive motions, lift up to 45 pounds.
