** Essential Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
*** Ensure a system is in place to meet the physical health needs of all youth including, but not limited to, triage services, provision of direct services, coordination of services, and communication with pertinent individuals.
* Manages medication and prescription acquisition, distribution, and administration.  Follows up to ensure proper medication procedure is followed.
* Create and implement training to ensure individual and Region are aware of relevant medical needs of youth. Ensure program meets compliance standards for relevant regulating agencies.
* Performs other duties as required including, but not limited to, attending team meetings, completing health assessments for behavioral therapy plans and providing input to the SFSA development, creating/implementing policies and procedures, participating in on-call duties/rotation, and maintaining accurate and complete medical records in compliance with external agency expectations.
