ResponsibilitiesThe classroom paraprofessional will assist the lead room teacher in providing a safe, developmentally appropriate, and interactive environment for the children in their classroom and throughout the facility. The paraprofessional should have high energy and the ability to manage the demands of children and staff with varying personalities and needs. Teamwork is heavily relied upon, and the paraprofessional will work seamlessly with daycare staff throughout the facility.
A willingness to learn, accept guidance, and adapt to early childhood education settings is essential.
