Environmental Operation & Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

Trihydro Corporation is seeking an Environmental Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Technician to support the operation and maintenance of remediation systems. This role includes hands-on troubleshooting and repairs, system monitoring, data collection, and evaluating/optimizing system performance. Other duties include but are not limited to; groundwater fluid level monitoring, groundwater/sediment/soil sampling, soil gas monitoring, and contractor oversight.

This is a full-time position (40–45 hours per week) that requires mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and strong communication skills. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth, this position is an excellent fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain remediation systems.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on groundwater pumps and various equipment.
• Monitor system performance and collect operational data.
• Evaluate and optimize systems for efficiency.
• Support and promote a strong safety culture.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
