These positions are based out of Rawlins, Wyoming and run full‑time from May through August, with potential extension depending on project needs.
Position DescriptionMonitoring Field Technicians are responsible for collecting data to evaluate the progress of reclamation and document site conditions on lands disturbed by oil and gas development in high desert and sagebrush steppe ecosystems in south‑central Wyoming. - Field experience or coursework in western plant identification, including grasses.
- Familiarity with major plant families and flora common to high desert and sagebrush steppe ecosystems.
- A commitment to high standards in safety.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
