Our projects include large infrastructure development such as powerlines, pipelines, mines, wind farms, and oil and gas fields.

Dedicated to evidence‑driven solutions, we pursue challenging projects across the western United States.

What We’re Looking For

We are hiring multiple environmental field technicians to assist with vegetation management, stormwater control, and various reclamation activities in our Wyoming operations based in Rawlins, WY. Pay is competitive, starting $20 per hour depending on experience, with overtime potential. Housing accommodations are provided for team members coming from out of town. Positions are full‑time and seasonal, from April through November 2026, with potential employment beyond these dates depending on project needs.

  • Help maintain and repair existing erosion control systems.
  • Conduct field inspections to assess erosion risks and site conditions.
  • Document and map erosion features using digital tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and repairs in a digital data management system.

  • Willingness to work early mornings and long hours as needed.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.

This is a seasonal hourly position. Compensation is dependent on experience and skills. Fully furnished lodging with basic household items will be provided for team members traveling from out of town.
