This is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic, caring and motivated individual to begin or develop a career in education. The role will be based at either school, giving you valuable experience working with children from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) through to Year 6.

About the Role
  • Apprentice Level 3 Teaching Assistant position with structured training
  • Training delivered in partnership with Best Practice, fully supported by the school
  • Opportunity to gain experience across all primary phases (EYFS - Y6)
  • Work alongside experienced staff and develop a wide range of classroom and support skills
  • Support pupils’ learning, development and wellbeing across different age groups

  • Is committed, adaptable and eager to learn and develop professionally
  • Can be a positive role model for children
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • Holds GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
