  Business Development Executive.
• Location:
  
  Field-Based – Wakefield/Sheffield/Rotherham/Barnsley and surrounding area (South & West Yorkshire).
• Package:
  Company Car, Basic Salary, Commission Scheme.
• 20 days per year, plus 8 Bank Holidays.
• Type:
  Full-Time | Permanent (40 hours per week).
• £28,000 basic (OTE £34K to £36K) per annum . . This is a full-time, field-based position focused on growing our Trade Waste Services to the business community, shops, restaurants etc, this position is 90% field based, customer facing, reporting to the Head of Sales.

• Represent KCM within your area, proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Engage in cold calling and establish a strong presence within the local business community.
• Attend weekly sales meetings at our head office to review progress, refine strategies, share insights, learn best practices, and align with company goals.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.

• Proven experience in a similar field-based sales role.
• A confident, engaging, and persuasive personality – someone who enjoys connecting with people.
• Demonstrate resilience and persistence in pursuing leads and closing deals.
• Hold a Full UK driving license.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 yearly
