What you'll do:
  • Deliver engaging learning activities and support students' progress.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships that encourage confidence and independence.
  • Monitor, assess, and record student achievement.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
  • Champion inclusion, wellbeing, and high expectations for every student.

  • Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEN, SEMH, or ASD.
  • A caring, resilient, and proactive approach.

Established in 2020 and having achieved successful status as an Independent Special School for Social, Emotional, Mental Health and Autism Spectrum Disorder, and rated as ‘Good’ by Ofsted in 2023, Omnia Foundation offers a unique experience for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), for 12–16‑year‑old boys.
