Barchester Healthcare is recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to join one of their divisions. The successful candidate will be a professional sales professional who will support the region to increase occupancy. This is an opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of first-class care homes in the region.
Main duties of the jobThe Regional Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets, as well as networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries. They will also support local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates, and increase occupancy. The ideal candidate will have proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, and be self‑motivated and target‑driven.

- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
- Excellent communication skills.
- Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
- Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
- Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance
- NEED TO HAVE:
- Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential
- Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application
- Be self‑motivated and target‑driven
- Have interpersonal and professional qualities
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint)
- Full UK driving licence.
- NEED TO DO:
- Represent Barchester and our state‑of‑the‑art home in a friendly and professional manner.
- Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
- Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
- Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
- Respond to sales enquiries.
- Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
- Maintain a contacts database.

Person Specification Qualifications- The successful candidate should have proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, as well as the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or a similar CRM application. They should be self‑motivated, target‑driven, and have excellent interpersonal and professional qualities. A full UK driving licence is also required.
