Location: Garden Centre near Basildon, Hockley

This role requires a Restaurant & Cafe Manager to oversee and run all food service areas at an established garden centre. As the Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of a 100‑seat restaurant and outdoor café area. The role requires a hands‑on individual who appreciates excellent customer service and can lead and motivate a dedicated team of staff.

A passion for working with fresh and locally sourced produce is essential.

• Previous catering management experience within a retail environment
• Experience working in and running a high‑volume catering unit
• Ability to control stock, profit & costs, budgets, and wastage
• Excellent people, organisation, and communication skills
