Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Business Development professional to join our team full time or part time at our on-site location in Rayleigh.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams, providing exceptional customer service, and presenting tailored solutions to meet client needs and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical and Market Research skills to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs
  • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and build relationships
  • Experience in Lead Generation and developing strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and maintaining a client-focused mindset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects effectively
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic technical understanding of technology solutions is a plus
