Salary: Up to £70,000 OTE.

With 50 years in the Home Improvement market, SEH BAC is seeking experienced self‑employed builders to support our high sales volume across 14 show centres in the East and South East of England.

Ideal candidates will be competent in base preparation for domestic conservatories and single‑storey extensions, including brickwork and structural openings. The role offers weekday working with plenty of weekend work available for those who prefer it. A strong focus on high‑quality workmanship and customer service is essential.

• Prepare foundations for domestic conservatory and single‑storey extension builds.
• Perform brickwork and structural opening tasks for new constructions.
