Job summary: The forklift driver’s main responsibility is to load trailers and will be responsible for storing our various products in our warehouse. The candidate must have experience on a Raymond upright/narrow aisle forklift. He/she will also occasionally be required to operate a sit-down forklift and an electric pallet truck.

• Full time
• Permanent
• Monday to Friday evening shift 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
• Between $20.00 and $24.67 depending on experience

• You have your forklift driver’s license for the classes requested (required);
• You’re a self-starter, reliable and hardworking;
• You demonstrate exemplary rigor in the application of good industrial practices and good health and safety practices;

• You’re not the faint-hearted type and working in a refrigerated environment doesn’t scare you.
• What’s more, you’ve already worked in a warehouse or factory.

These is what a typical day at Lesters would look like for this position:

• Forklift loading of trailers;
• Responsible for stocking our inventory;
• Lifting loads when handling products (maximum 20 kg), hence the idea of the workout!
• Communicate effectively with your colleagues and immediate supervisor.
