As a Team Leader, you will lead a customer-centric team, manage a single tax office, and help accelerate seasonal tax business growth. Your role involves leadership, development, client service, and achieving office growth objectives. We will support your professional development as you serve as a knowledgeable resource on tax topics and products.

Preferred qualifications include multi-unit management experience in retail, restaurant, banking, or related industries, and at least 2+ years as a Tax Professional.

Required skills and experience:

• Customer service or shift leader experience.
• People management experience.
• Completion of H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course (if preparing taxes).
• Continuing education compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently, with a customer-centric mindset, and flexibility in work schedule.
• High school diploma or higher.
