As a Customer Service Teammate, you’ll help our customers care for their cars—explaining car wash options, preparing and loading cars, assisting with self‑cleaning options, and maintaining clean sites to deliver a superior experience.

• Engage and communicate positively and energetically with customers.
• Quickly understand, retain, and follow directions and procedures—especially safety.
• Stand, move, and smile for long periods of time, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Assist customers with self‑cleaning options and maintain car wash sites.

• At least 16 years old.
• Verify ability to work in the United States.
• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude.

Typically earn $17.00/hour, which includes a base pay of $15.00/hour plus an average of $2/hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped.
