- Assist residents with daily activities such as grooming, dressing, and continence care
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Coordinate social activities to promote engagement
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
- Support mobility needs, including lifting and transferring
- Experience preferred but not required
- Compassionate interpersonal skills
- Ability to observe and monitor residents
- Knowledge of dementia care is a plus
- Basic vital sign monitoring knowledge beneficial
- CPR and First Aid certification required
