What You'll Bring to Our Team:

We're seeking a highly analytical and compassionate professional with a strong foundation in nursing and MDS:

  • Current and active RN or LPN license in the state of Missouri.

  • Minimum of one year of experience in long-term care or a related setting.

  • Strong understanding of the MDS 3.0 assessment tool and its application.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple assessments and deadlines efficiently.

  • Proficiency in computer skills
    , including Electronic Health Record (EHR) and MDS software.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and residents.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive team
