Young’s Equipment Inc., Southern Saskatchewan’s largest Case IH agricultural equipment dealer is looking for a motivated individual with the skills to manage our Parts Department in Raymore. • Develop and maintain effective Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Manage annual Parts Department goals and budget, in alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives.
• Maintain an inventory of parts that matches the requirements of the dealership and customers.
• Work closely with staff to promote the importance of customer satisfaction; to build teamwork within the department to elevate dealership image to employees, customers and the community.
• Provide a working environment free from recognized health and safety hazards in accordance with all Saskatchewan legislation requirements.
• The Parts Manager will include him/herself in the scheduled rotation of working hours and on call duties.
• Overtime and weekends are a requirement of the job.

• An ideal candidate would possess previous parts experience and knowledge of agricultural equipment and practices.
• Exceptional leadership, mentorship and team building skills.
• Dynamic interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and precise communication (verbal/written) skills are essential.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Previous management experience.
