Are you an experienced or aspiring LPN Charge Nurse who thrives on quiet focus and meaningful connections? At Sunrise Nursing & Memory Care
, we’re hiring for our Night Shift (7PM-7AM)—and we need compassionate, confident nurses like you to help ensure comfort, safety, and dignity for our residents overnight.

• Active LPN license in Missouri
• BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Charge nurse or supervisory experience is a plus—but not required
• Dependability, attention to detail, and a calming presence
• A heart for senior care and teamwork

• Oversee care delivery and supervise CNAs during the night
• Monitor resident health, document changes, and report concerns
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Respond to emergencies and ensure resident safety and comfort
• Communicate effectively with oncoming shifts and healthcare team
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and room changes as needed
• Maintain documentation and follow all facility policies and state regulations
