, we’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to take on a leadership role during the day shift
. As a Charge Nurse
, you’ll help oversee care delivery, support staff, and make sure our residents receive the attention and respect they deserve.

• Active LPN license in the state of Missouri
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous leadership or charge experience is a plus—but not required
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• A passion for serving residents in a skilled nursing or memory care setting

• Supervise and support CNAs and direct care staff
• Provide and document resident care according to care plans
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects
• Report changes in resident conditions to RNs or physicians
• Participate in rounds, admissions, discharges, and care planning
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility policies
• Maintain accurate records and follow all medication protocols
