Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook authentic North Indian and Chinese dishes as per standard recipes and customer expectations
- Ensure consistency in taste, portion control, and overall food quality
- Plan daily food preparation and assist in basic menu planning
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen
- Manage raw materials, stock levels, and minimize food wastage
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff for smooth day-to-day operations
- Ensure timely food preparation, especially during peak hours
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies
