This role involves ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. You’ll also assist members by loading their vehicles and creating a great member experience. You’ll be constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine, sleet or snow.

You will make an impact by:

• Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
• Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and member‑ready area

What you’ll do:

• Ensure club pickup orders are filled, notifying members of delays or product availability issues, and offering alternatives as needed
• Resolve member issues and concerns and promote the company's products and services
• Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and addressing unsafe situations
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, using cash registers, locating merchandise, zoning areas, organizing carts, and maintaining parking lot cleanliness
• Comply with company policies, procedures, standards of ethics, and integrity
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, resources, and collaboration, identifying opportunities for improvement and adapting to change

Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
