Member Frontline Cashier

Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Our Member Frontline Cashier Associates are the heart of our front end. You play a major role in how our members feel in the club and when they leave. You might be the first, last, and sometimes only associate that our members interact with.

You will run registers and support members through the self‑checkout experience while maintaining a fast pace, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during a holiday season.

• Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and following company procedures for hazardous materials.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and processing purchases.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners, identifying priorities, and communicating progress.

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or retail experience, including operating front‑end equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately.
• Problem‑solving skills with a focus on ensuring each task is completed with excellence.

• Experience with mobile retail applications.
• Previous cashier or self‑checkout experience.
