Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Customer Service Rep
Position Summary
As a Cake Decorator you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.
Responsibilities- Be a Team Member: collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate associates on tools and resources, maintain in‑stock levels and control shrinkage.
- Be an Expert: plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follow recipes, sanitize equipment, comply with food safety, cold chain and inventory management.
- Be a Techie: leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, support production, merchandising, ordering, training and product quality.
- Be an Owner: drive performance of the bakery area, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, prepare for seasonal events, assist members with purchasing decisions, resolve member concerns.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: act as a brand advocate, support high‑quality service and products, mentor and inspire associates in a respectful, supportive, team‑oriented style.
- Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity, implement related action plans using the Open Door Policy.
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other partners, identifying priorities, deadlines and expectations, carrying out tasks and communicating progress.

Eligibility and CompensationThe hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Minimum Qualifications- 6 months’ experience in fresh production area.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
