We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier to manage customer billing and payment transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer payments using cash, credit/debit cards, or digital payment systems
- Operate POS systems and issue receipts accurately
- Handle cash responsibly and balance the cash drawer at the end of shifts
- Answer customer inquiries related to billing and payments
- Resolve billing discrepancies and escalate issues when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter
- Follow company policies, security procedures, and financial controls
- Coordinate with service and management staff for smooth operations
- Support basic administrative and reporting tasks as needed
