Location:

** Raynham, MA
** 1. Collaborating cross-functionally to gather all requirements for devices to be sourced.
2. Executing a market scan for potential suppliers that will meet all aspects of the project.
3. Develop and execute RFP (Requests for Proposals) and RFQ (Requests for Quotation)4. Lead and facilitate cross-functional team(s) in supplier selection(s).5. Conduct all commercial negotiations with selected supplier(s).6. On-board suppliers as required in support of Franchise Approved Supplier List
7. Develop and lead execution of Supply Agreement(s). Consult and help coordinate Development Agreements.
* BS/BA degree required. MBA preferred
* 8-10 years' experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, engineering, business, or supply chain management;
Medical Device / Pharmaceutical / Biologics or similar Quality Regulated Industry preferred
* Proven experience in negotiating procurement agreements, working in conjunction with Legal department to collaboratively negotiate best terms overall
* Strong communication and influencing skills are required
* Demonstrates team work and effective cross-functional collaboration by sharing knowledge and information, updating others on project actions and status; experience with NPD teams preferred
* Strong time management and project execution skills are required
* Project Management; PMP/FPX certification preferred
* May require up to 10-20% domestic and international travel
