Position: MD (Medical Doctor);DO (Osteopathic Doctor) Primary Care

Description

We are currently seeking a skilled MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Osteopathic Doctor) specializing in Primary Care. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing primary healthcare services to patients, focusing on preventive care, health education, and disease management. Your expertise will be vital in promoting overall wellness and improving the quality of life for individuals in the community.

As an MD or DO in Primary Care, you will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at delivering comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages. Your role will be instrumental in diagnosing and treating common illnesses, managing chronic conditions, and coordinating with specialists to ensure holistic patient care. Responsibilities:
  • Conducting physical examinations and interpreting medical history
  • Developing personalized treatment plans for patients
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
  • Providing counseling on lifestyle and preventive healthcare
  • Monitoring and managing chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension
  • Referring patients to specialists when necessary
  • Documenting patient care accurately and efficiently
  • Participating in continuous medical education and training
Requirements:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Valid state medical license to practice
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience in managing a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
  • Schedule:

    Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Rotating call required, minimal volume
  • Openings available at multiple facilities
  • Must be board-certified
