SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Raynham, MA. We are seeking caring, dependable individuals who are committed to helping clients receive quality in-home support while maintaining their comfort, safety, and independence. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with short-hour and long-hour shifts to accommodate different schedules.

Immediate hiring needs in Raynham
Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
Support mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment
Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
Report client needs or changes to the care team
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in a client's home
Dependable and able to fulfill agreed-upon shifts
