SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Raynham, MA. Your Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living
- Help clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe home
- Follow individualized care plans and established routines
- Report changes in client needs or condition to the care team
Qualifications
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Caring, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable providing care independently in a client's home
- Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts
