Duties / Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with Calibration, Tool Room, and production coordinators to schedule calibration priorities, balancing shortages to minimize equipment downtime.
- Serves as the liaison between Engineering, Quality, Supervisors, and Team Leads to communicate equipment needs, manage calibration schedules, and resolve equipment shortages.
- Processes monthly calibration reports and assigns gages to appropriate departments.
- Maintains gage storage area for gages and equipment not in use, OOT, or retired.
- Reviews calibration service reports to ensure a calibrated gage is available.
- Investigates and resolves gage identification discrepancies, including reactivation and MES system updates, ensuring accurate tracking and usability.
- Initiates calibration extensions as needed.
- Activates and deactivates IM&TE in MES and other internal systems based on operational status and calibration cycles.
- Ensures gage reports are maintained, ensuring timely turn-in of all equipment due for calibration.
- Manages calibration logistics with external vendors.
- Works with calibration service providers and IM&TE owners to manage deactivation requests as necessary.
- Provides support to Engineering in the Gage Disposition process.
- Tracks and monitors calibration metrics that help assist in priority calibration determination.
- Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level.
- Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other duties assigned as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Requires 2-4 Years Work Experience. Experience in the manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices, and procedures.
- Able to enter data on spreadsheet and database applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively with many stakeholders.
- Ability to work cooperatively with coworkers and functions.
- Ability to use computers; proficiency in Outlook, Maintenance/Calibration Systems, Excel.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is 45,100 to 72,105.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
This position is overtime eligible.

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave — 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Condolence Leave — 30 days for an immediate family member: 5 days for an extended family member
Caregiver Leave — 10 days
Volunteer Leave — 4 days
Military Spouse Time-Off — 80 hours
