LPN - Part/Full Time: $34.75/hour

LPN - Per Diem: $30.50/hour

RN - Part/Full Time: $41.25/hour

RN - Per Diem: $38.00/hour

LPN Weekend Warrior: $40.25/hour

Schedule:

Monday/Wednesday and Thursday 3pm-11pm

• Provide a structured routine including house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, family visitations, and medication distribution, while maintaining human rights.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as per the Individual Service Plans.
• Use de-escalation and crisis management techniques when necessary to ensure safety.

• Valid MA LPN or RN license
• Criminal background check and valid driver’s license
• TB screening and Physical upon hire, with updates every two years
