A successful Electrician at our company is a skilled troubleshooter who swiftly diagnoses and resolves electrical issues in residential settings, ensuring safety and code compliance. Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Handle general electrical in-home service calls with expertise.
  • Cultivate trust with customers, guiding them in product and service selection.
  • Inform customers about the best finance options and maintenance plans.
  • Always aim to exceed revenue goals and maintain professional standards.
  • Collaborate with customer service and dispatch for business efficiency.
  • Ensure a tidy workspace and a well-stocked truck.
  • Engage in training sessions, meetings, and other professional development activities.
  • Mentor apprentices for high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
  • 4+ years in commercial electrical work.
  • MA Journeyman or Masters License required.
  • Proficiency in electrical techniques, hardware knowledge, and wiring diagrams.
  • Commitment to yearly training and skill enhancement.
  • A clean driving record, ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
  • Strong communication skills, high integrity, and a collaborative spirit.

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $30.00 - $50.00 per hour. This range is a good‑faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
