As a Residential Service Plumber, you will work within our residential plumbing department. This position is full time and will require travel within the MA area.

• Install, repair, and replace various residential plumbing systems, sometimes in confined or high places
• Provide world‑class customer service to our customers on a daily basis
• Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain clean work area
• Work closely with all other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite, professional attitude
• Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work
• Attend company meetings as necessary
• Adhere to all safety and handbook policies

• Holds a Journeyman or Master Plumber license
• Must have prior residential or commercial experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to work on‑call and weekend hours
