Driver/operator of company vehicles who provides courteous and efficient delivery and pickup of packages. Checks shipments for conformance to Fed Ex service features and provides related customer service functions. Performs other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Must be licensed for the type of vehicle assigned.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance.
• Good human relations and verbal communication skills.
• Neat appearance as customer contact is required.
• Must meet qualifications as outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations.
• Requires medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations.
• Medical examination required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials, and respond to official inquiries and directions in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance.
