Job Description: This role is open to both Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, NRCMA, or CCMA) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) candidates.

What You'll Be Doing- Prepare patient charts, check vitals, and set the stage for great care.
- Administer medications, give immunizations, collect specimens, and assist with minor procedures such as wound care and suture removal.
- Maintain patient records in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Support providers, participate in team huddles, and help keep the clinic running smoothly.
- Educate patients about their treatment plans, medications, and follow‑up care.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, NRCMA, or CCMA) – required at time of hire and must be maintained.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Knowledge of point‑of‑care testing (POCT), immunizations, and injection techniques.
- Strong problem‑solving, organization, and time‑management skills.
- Excellent customer service and the ability to work well on a team.
- Comfortable with Microsoft applications and EMR systems.
- Radiology certification (if applicable for X‑ray functions).
As an LPN, you will provide compassionate care under the supervision of a registered nurse in various settings.
What You'll Do- Deliver nursing care under RN supervision in acute care, long‑term care, home health, and ambulatory care environments.
- Perform patient assessments, collect data, and document care accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments following protocols.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patients.
- Operate in compliance with the Missouri State Board of Nurse Practice Act.
- Graduated from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
- Current Missouri practical nurse license.
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BCLS).
